Located in Sandy City, Utah, this chapel was constructed on the soil for which the city is named. Foundations and site features were designed to contain the natural soil in place to create a solid base. We were told that it was a flat site. ‘ It was flat on an angle’  so hills, stairs and retaining walls were employed to allow for the level building and parking areas.
