A small coffee shop in a residential neighborhood near the University of Utah, this previously run-down neighborhood market building was converted to a comfortable place to sit, read, visit with friends or just sip a favored mellow beverage. The finishes were selected for durability and placed to maintain the scale of the neighborhood.
